Refunds + Shipping Policy

All Deposits and Design fees are
non-refundable at this time.

You can always contact us for any return questions at admin@andrewgreerdesign.com

We have a 30-day return policy for select items sold on Facebook or via Instagram, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at admin@andrewgreerdesign.com

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will not be covered by the business and will be charged to the customer. Your refund will be issued once a return is received and found without damage. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any more return questions at admin@andrewgreerdesign.com

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces or custom products (made to order). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get call or email, if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, then make a separate new purchase order.
